They receive the personal information necessary to produce, fulfill and deliver your order and may use logistics subcontractors and carriers;
  • Shipping carriers and postal services: which receive the recipient’s details in order to deliver the parcel;
  • Customs and border authorities: for cross-border shipments, shipment details (including recipient name, address and the contents and value of the parcel) are provided on customs declarations as required by law;
  • Payment service providers: which process payments and tips under their own terms and privacy policies;
  • Email and marketing platforms: which store Fan Club member details and send our emails on our behalf;
  • Technology and analytics providers: as described in Section 8;
  • Legal disclosure: we may disclose information where required by law, by an order of a competent authority, or to protect our rights in the event of a breach of the Website’s Terms.

We may provide third parties with aggregated, statistical data that does not identify you.
